Providing your items are in stock, we will aim to deliver your order within 6 working days. Please note – during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7-10 days.

If any order is out of stock, we will notify you and advise of the anticipated delivery date. International shipping charges will vary according to size and weight of order. Shipping costs outside the UK & ROI will be confirmed before dispatch. Deliveries in Europe take up to 4 weeks International Deliveries take up to 6 weeks. Paint Returns
- Return Policy: Paint cannot be returned once it has been dispatched.
- Liability: We are not liable for any damage to tins during transit. Please note that dented tins do not affect the quality of the paint.
- Returns: In the unlikely event that your paint order arrives faulty (i.e. the wrong colour), you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving the parcel by emailing alliemaeliving@gmail.com with photographic evidence.
