Returns Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy. Personalised/made-to-order products and Autentico paint may not be returned unless faulty. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging.
Simply :
-Email alliemaeliving@gmail.com prior to returning any items
-Stating Name, Order Number & Reason for Return for approval
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return. Simply post your items back to us at Allie Mae Living, 16 Curragh Road, Maghera, Co. Londonderry. BT46 5ER.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.
- Return Policy: Paint cannot be returned once it has been dispatched.
- Liability: We are not liable for any damage to tins during transit. Please note that dented tins do not affect the quality of the paint.
- Returns: In the unlikely event that your paint order arrives faulty (i.e. the wrong colour), you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving the parcel by emailing alliemaeliving@gmail.com with photographic evidence.
Please Note:
Items must be returned in good, saleable condition.
We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
AML does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of AML.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
AML does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
